MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Waterfront Program Manager Representative to join our team working in San Diego, CA. This is an onsite position.
This position will support the PEO IWS 80 LCS Program Manager’s Representative providing waterfront engineering support to in-service LCS class vessels
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide technical and programmatic support for combat systems installed on in-service Navy ships to ensure operational readiness and system integrity.
Plan, coordinate, and execute Navy ship maintenance availabilities, managing schedules, resources, and technical requirements.
Leverage onboard naval experience, with a preferred focus on Freedom or Independence-class Littoral Combat Ships (LCS), to support shipboard operations and integration.
Apply Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Navy (DON) policies and procedures across systems engineering processes, acquisition, and combat system modernizations.
Actively participate in Program Management Reviews (PMRs); prepare, coordinate, and deliver status reports, executive briefings, and responses to official information inquiries
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors in any discipline
5+ years of experience completing work related to program and/or project analyst
In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a high school diploma and 10+ years of experience may be considered.
Experience providing technical and programmatic support to the combat systems on in-service ships.
Experience with planning and executing Navy ship maintenance availabilities.
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active or current Secret Security Clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $109,000.00-$181,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
