MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Temporary Contracts Support Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain the GCS (Growth, and Contracts System), enter all new contract awards and contract modifications
Work with Contract Administrators to ensure the information entered GCS is accurate
Work with Project Control Analysts and PS Setup as part of the contract set-up
Conduct quality control and quality assurance checks on existing contracts and make corrections to ensure compliance and consistency of entries
Train Contracts new hires on GCS processes
Provide GCS ad hoc reports and queries for management whenever needed review (as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma with 2 years of relevant work experience
Must be able to multitask and prioritize
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be self-motivated, organized and have strong attention to detail and willing to research, discover and learn independently
Must have ability to foster and maintain cooperative working relationships
Experience with MS Word and Excel required
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The projected compensation range for this position is $55,700.00-$93,600.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
