MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.
The ServiceNow developer, will be responsible for configuring ServiceNow components and developing customized solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions across SPM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and various scoped applications integrations utilizing best-practice coding standards.
Analyze requirements, user stories, and wireframes to deliver performant technical solutions.
Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and sophisticated automation utilizing Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
Perform code reviews, define enterprise development standards, and enforce security best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while maintaining system reliability and performance and execute ServiceNow platform upgrades, patching, and the deployment of new modules.
Create technical documentation and provide training and guidance to organizational stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with RMF, FedRAMP, and other mandatory federal security frameworks and support the software accreditation process
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of progressively responsible experience specializing in ServiceNow development.
Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or Certified System Administrator (CSA) certifications.
Experience in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow Studio, with significant experience across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Established track record navigating Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proven ability supporting the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and federal software accreditation processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM)
Motivated self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to lead remote teams.
Prior experience supporting federal agencies or defense programs
Security Clearance Requirements:
US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The projected compensation range for this position is $128,800.00-$214,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
