MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Technology Integration Specialist to join our team in Oahu Hawaii.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Validates the integration of diverse hardware and software components to ensure system reliability and performance.
Approve technical specifications for system interfaces and data exchange protocols.
Authorize the evaluation of new technologies for potential insertion into existing Mission-Support Frameworks.
Oversees the integration of logistics data repositories and maintenance tracking systems to provide real-time asset visibility.
Coordinate the technical rollout of collaborative tools that facilitate information sharing between headquarters and forward-deployed units.
Manage the technical bridge between sustainment databases and operational planning software.
Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
Experience in lead systems integration roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in CompTIA Security+ or equivalent.
Proficiency in developing cross-platform data synchronization workflows for joint theater operations
Clearance Required:
Must hold an active Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $109,000.00-$181,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
