MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Program Finance Systems Analyst to join our vehicle sustainment team. This is a remote position.

The selected candidate will provide systems design, programming, and accounting support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Using one of the tools (Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M Language), Python (Pandas), SQL or SharePoint program solutions to automate processes, eliminate manual touches, and points of failure
  • Support the production of the monthly financial deliverable.
  • Provide project control support to Project/Program Manager to successfully plan and execute assigned projects.
  • Analyze project problems and recommend resolutions, work in compliance with company rules and regulations and determine key performance indicators to improve project operational efficiency.
  • Determine resource requirements and identify resources with right skills to execute projects.
  • Monitor project progress to identify and correct delays or deviations, monitor project status on regular basis and develop status reports to management.
  • Advise Managers on project controls practices and procedures, work independently or in a team to perform daily work assigned by Manager and follow and enforce company health and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with management, project team and customers and perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field (OR) 13+ years of experience and an associate’s degree in a related field (OR) 17+ years of qualified experience.
  • Active Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience working with Power automate for SharePoint Cloud and Desktop.
  • Active Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate PL-300 or equivalent and experience in financial systems automation and design. 
  • Provides project management and coordination to a complex design, documentation, research, and solutions.
  • Duties may include contract accounting and reporting, project schedule focus to management, supporting day-to-day financial operations to ensure best practices and best design capabilities are being created.
  • Ability to successfully pass Pre-Employment Drug Screening.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
  • Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
  • Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard for long periods of time.


The projected compensation range for this position is $80,300.00-$133,700.00.
