MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Planning Future Current Operations Specialist to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Validates the analysis and coordination of ongoing logistical functions including supply chain management and transportation.

• Oversee the development of detailed operational plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Manage the lifecycle of logistics documentation and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex operational gaps.

• Manages the daily synchronization of current operations and provides technical oversight for future logistics requirements.

• Develop comprehensive logistics support plans for theaterwide distribution and sustainment missions.

• Prepare formal document approvals and quality gate assessments for mission-critical logistics artifacts.

• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field required.

• 10+ years of position-relevant experience.

• Must demonstrate experience in formal document approval and acting as the Functional Lead for operational planning deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

• DAU/DAWIA Level III in Life Cycle Logistics.

• Experience supporting Joint Task Force (JTF) logistics operations in maritime or expeditionary environments.

Clearance Required:

• Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
