MANTECH  seeks a mission-driven and detail-oriented Senior Movement Control Supervisor to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Validates and monitors the flow of work and materials within and between organizational departments according to established schedules.
  • Coordinate with subordinate supervisors to determine the progress of transportation tasks and resolve distribution bottlenecks.
  • Approve reports regarding inventory levels, costs, and production problems within the logistical chain.
  • Oversees the daily execution of movement control tasks at the regional hub to maintain persistent asset visibility.
  • Coordinate the integration of land, sea, and air assets to meet mission-critical delivery requirements for expeditionary forces.
  • Validate the accuracy of manifest data and transportation records to support command-level logistics reporting.
  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 10+ years of position-relevant experience
  • Professional-level certification in transportation or logistics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of position-relevant experience;
  • Experience managing port or airfield operations in an expeditionary environment
  • Proficiency in data analytics for supply chain optimization.

Clearance Requirement:

  • Must hold an active Confidential Clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $134,700.00-$239,600.00.
