MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Management Analyst to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide professional Acquisition consultation and expert functional assistance to a program office at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR)
Serve as a knowledgeable and experienced Acquisition advisor, enabling a client to navigate DoW’s and Navy’s complex acquisition processes via informed decisions to ensure the successful delivery of a mission control system, which provides command and control of an unmanned aircraft system operating from an aircraft carrier
Support development of sound acquisition strategies, plans, and potential solutions
Ensure contract scope and program documentation appropriately capture or status Agile software development efforts, policies, procedures, and recommendations
Analyze program requirements, status, schedules, and risks to inform documentation efforts
Participate as a member of and support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
Collect, organize, complete, and interpret program information and technical data related to unmanned aircraft acquisition and product development
Up to 25% travel
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a technical or business discipline OR Bachelor’s Degree and 14+ years of related work experience may be substituted
10+ years of professional experience relevant to Management Analyst duties in support of program or project requirements,
Proven ability to prepare and deliver clear, concise, and confident briefings to senior military and government personnel, ensuring complex information is communicated effectively to high-level stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in generating Acquisitions documents such as Statement of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements List, Acquisition Strategy, and other Major Defense Acquisition Program documentation
Management Analyst experience within the NAVAIR environment
Clearance Requirements:
US Citizenship with an active Top-Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers
The projected compensation range for this position is $156,400.00-$279,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
