Description & Requirements
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Logistics Analyst to join our team working in Crane, IN. This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days onsite and 1 day remote per week.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage procurement activities requiring Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) access and Government Purchase Card (GPC) oversight.
Coordinate the provisioning of mission-critical materials and ensure proper inventory accountability.
Track warranties and coordinate equipment repairs with vendors to maintain operational availability.
Oversee facility storage operations and maintain inventory integrity through secure practices.
Manage shipping using secure packaging and methods in accordance with Intelligence Community Oversight (ICO) directives.
Execute technical and physical material transfers, ensuring traceability and documentation compliance.
Prepare and manage official logistics documentation using ERP, GCSS-MC, and ELMS systems, including DD Forms 1348, 1750, and 1149.
Maintain and update technical documentation such as Technical Manuals (TMs), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP).
Develop live dashboards using Power BI or Tableau and maintain a centralized RAID tracker to support risk and data-driven decisions.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent education
10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or as a senior Non-commissioned Officer (NCO)
Must have experience with Global Combat Support System – Marine Corps (GCSS-MC)
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with SharePoint and Power Automate
Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar asset portfolios and fiscal compliance
Experience using Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS), Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2), and Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS)
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen and have a current or active United States Government Secret security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
