MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Financial Manager to join our team in Oahu, HI.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Plans and directs accounting and insurance activities for a branch or department within the organization.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements and coordinate the resolution of complex financial issues with senior stakeholders.
Validate technical financial artifacts and ensure adherence to established fiscal procedures and regulations.
Leads the day-to-day execution of the program's financial management plan and oversees the tracking of project-specific budgets.
Authorize the consolidation of financial data to inform senior-level decision-making regarding resource utilization.
Manage the implementation of financial process improvements and recommend adjustments to enhance the accuracy of fiscal reporting.
Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field
10+ years of position relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
Background in DOD financial management and FAR compliance.
Clearance Requirement:
Must hold an active Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $142,200.00-$254,000.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
