MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Field Service Representative to join our vehicle sustainment team in Warsaw, Poland.  The selected candidate will provide maintenance support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Trains and supports foreign military Automatic Test Systems Operators/Maintainers on the Next Generation Automatic Test System (NGATS) in support of M1 Abrams Tanks.
  • Operates, performs, and supervises field maintenance  
  • Performs field level electronic maintenance, adjustments, tests, fault isolation, and repairs of supported system line replaceable units (LRU), shop replaceable units (SRU), test program sets (TPS) and performs maintenance on combat vehicle fire control systems and equipment, and related test equipment
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma and 7 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Former US Army SNCO with 94Y MOS, Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or Common Faculty Development-Instructors Course (CFD-IC)
  • Willingness to accept temporary US or OCONUS transfers to other assignments, if needed.
     

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
  • Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
  • Must be able to work in high noise areas.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
  • Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
