MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Hanover, MD.

The Talent Advisor will support the Intel Talent acquisition team to deliver a timely, seamless, and best-in-class recruitment process. You will support MANTECH Talent acquisition team deliverables, ensuring both excellent internal experience and a high-quality candidate journey.

This is a hybrid role requiring 1-2 days per week in the office to meet with customers while enjoying the benefits of working from home.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing a requisition load of 15-25 active roles while consulting with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and effective screening questions.
  • Identifying the needs of hiring managers to recruit effectively and providing virtual or face-to-face support as appropriate to the engagement level required.
  • Sourcing talent through the ATS, job boards, referrals, and events, then guiding candidates through the hiring process by understanding their professional drivers.
  • Screening talent to ensure candidates are qualified, represent a cultural fit, and are fully vetted for their interest in the specific mission.
  • Submitting applicants to hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and assisting in the decision-making and offer negotiation process to ensure successful closings.
  • Maintaining accurate data entry within systems and managing reports to ensure a high-quality candidate and internal customer experience.
  • Working on special projects as assigned, including proposal support, contract transitions, and corporate process improvement or innovation initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service, sourcing or recruitment advisor experience
  • Demonstrated experience in full life-cycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, and OFCCP compliance.
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and activities within an applicant tracking system.
  • Experience in job analysis, salary trend analysis, and the management of talent pipelines and professional relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically strong Excel skills, and the ability to quickly learn new applications and online tools.
  • Ability to travel 5% to 10% for site visits, career fairs, or contract transitions as required by the business.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting within the Intelligence Community or for high-level government contracting positions.
  • Advanced knowledge of specialized sourcing techniques and social media recruitment strategies.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage competing priorities and high-volume requisition loads.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $68,600.00-$114,100.00.
