MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Manager to join our team in supporting a large US Government program in the Belcamp, MD.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The Program Manager is responsible for providing overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the TO.
  • The TO PM is ultimately responsible for the quality and efficiency of the contract to include both technical issues and business processes.
  • The TO PM is responsible for having organizational authority to execute the requirements of the contract.
  • The TO PM is responsible for assigning tasking to contractor personnel, supervise ongoing technical efforts, and manage overall contract performance to ensure the optimal use of assigned resources and subcontractors.
  • The TO PM is responsible for having the ultimate authority to commit the contractor’s organization and make decisions for the contractor’s organization in response to Government issues, concerns, or problems.
  • The TO PM is required to be located within the local travel area of APG in Aberdeen, MD and may be required to occasionally travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of the TO.
  • The TO PM is the principal point of contact with Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI), for TITUS technical issues and concerns (e.g., tenant customers and mission partners).

Minimum Qualification:

  • A minimum of seven years of experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing proposed methodologies and approaches of projects collectively.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in planning, engineering, and the operational employment of tactical and strategic voice, video, and data networks at a senior level in an Army Intelligence/ Signal/ Cyber/ Communications environment.
  • Possess an active certification in one of the following: (Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or and/or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP®) Certification)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of strategic program leadership experience coupled with direct senior level operational leadership experience in all task areas.
  • Experience in satellite communications and networking at the protocol, standards, and architecture levels to include integration with production DoD systems.
  • Experience briefing and providing decision making materials to senior leadership.

Clearance Requirements:

  • US Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI

Physical Requirements:

  • Use of computers and an ability for productivity in a government office environment.
  • Ability to travel and visit various physical customer locations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $153,800.00-$275,800.00.
