MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Management Analyst to join our team. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Analyze and track Naval system modernization efforts for AEGIS ship availabilities.
Evaluate integration timelines and dependencies across AEGIS combat and warfare systems.
Coordinate with Program Acquisition Resource Managers (PARMs) and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with Configuration Management requirements for Navy combat systems.
Provide Government customers with risk assessment analytics related to Naval modernization immaturities, integration challenges, and schedule impacts.
Draft Consolidated Risk Assessment Messages (CRAMs) and Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Waiver Messages for submission to the Naval Message Center, enabling Navy-wide distribution and authorization for system alteration installation. Ensure messages are accurate, complete, and require minimal Government revision.
Review and analyze Naval modernization documentation and data from authoritative sources, including Navy Data Environment (NDE) tools; translate findings into formal Naval Message format.
Track system alteration progress, ensuring required testing, certification, and documentation are completed in accordance with program requirements.
Support updates to technical documentation and configuration records as needed.
Operate under Government guidance while independently performing detailed analysis and delivering high-quality, submission-ready products.
Engage in daily coordination with Government personnel and external program stakeholders to gather data, resolve discrepancies, and support timely message development and approval.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent education
4+ years of experience supporting Navy programs
Must have AEGIS shipboard maintenance experience
Working knowledge of Navy Data Environment (NDE) tools or similar Navy data systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience with Military communication systems
Experience drafting or supporting Naval Messages, including CRAM development.
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active or current Secret security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentation
The projected compensation range for this position is $54,700.00-$90,300.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
