MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Management Analyst (Journeyman) to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This position is onsite.
The Program Management Analyst will leverage their technical background to support the F/A-18 and EA-18G Program Office (PMA-265) by providing critical total life cycle support management for the F/A-18A-D Hornet, F/A-18E/F Super Hornet, and EA-18G Growler weapons systems. You will be an integral member of the Growler Systems Integration’s Integrated Product Team (IPT), ensuring these complex platforms meet current and future mission capabilities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Performing critical program management, technical, or business analysis of major DoD acquisition systems to provide recommendations for program success.
Providing comprehensive program analysis support across all aspects of the Growler Systems Integration’s Integrated Product Team (IPT).
Collecting, completing, and interpreting technical and financial data related to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
Tracking program and project status while maintaining detailed schedules to ensure milestones are achieved.
Applying relevant policies and procedures for financial planning and conducting business analysis related to lifecycle management.
Utilizing specialized knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policy and documentation relevant to PPBS, MIPRs, and CDRLs.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience, or an Associate degree with 8+ years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a Technical discipline with 4+ years of recent and relevant experience.
At least two years of technical effort specifically supporting major weapon systems and components development.
Proven experience processing program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for military programs.
Demonstrated experience in program/project management support, earned value management, and scheduling.
Significant experience navigating complex data flows and working across large teams to drive a mission-focused agenda.
Preferred Qualifications:
Direct experience with the F/A-18 platform and associated weapons systems.
Advanced knowledge of the DoD 5000 series and primary cyber risk or compliance automation tools.
Self-starter with excellent people skills who is able to work across teams and drive change throughout the organization.
Clearance Requirements:
An active Top Secret security clearance is required, with the ability to obtain SCI and SAP access.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $75,500.00-$125,600.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
