MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Portal Support Developer to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinates and monitors the resolution of routine portal support requests and performs regular software maintenance updates.
Prepare technical development artifacts, maintain accurate records of system configurations, and verify that all software modifications meet established SOPs and security guidelines.
Monitor help desk tickets related to portal access and coordinate with vendors to ensure the delivery of essential software licenses and components.
Drafts and maintains portal support documentation for Special Operations infrastructure in the Pacific.
Prepare Technical Status Reports for senior review and monitor the status of ongoing software repairs at regional mission-support sites.
Assist in identifying technical development gaps and recommend priority resource allocations to sustain theater portal readiness.
Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of position-relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to draft technical software documentation and follow established SOPs.
Preferred Qualifications:
7+ years of position-relevant experience.
CompTIA Security+ or equivalent IAT Level II certification.
Experience using automated service desk management systems or specialized portal development tools.
Clearance Required:
Must hold an active Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $69,900.00-$116,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
