MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-driven Personnel Operations Analyst to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Drafts and maintains personnel transition documentation and executes routine reviews of deployment artifacts.
Maintain analytical data logs for theater-entry metrics and support the preparation of transition Status Reports for review by senior management.
Follow established SOPs to ensure all personnel movements are conducted with precision and in accordance with organizational and Federal safety standards.
Supports the technical validation of onboarding and offboarding deliverables across the Pacific theater.
Maintain daily documentation for personnel in-processing activities and assist in the tracking of theater clearance and visa compliance trends.
Prepare data summaries for Mission Partner Readiness Reviews and support the maintenance of technical documentation for Contingency Deployment Plans within the USPACOM AOR.
Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
3+ years of position-relevant experience.
Proficiency in deployment management software and technical reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Foundational knowledge of DoW deployment regulations.
DAWIA Level I in Program Management (or equivalent).
Experience in military personnel logistics or theater-entry documentation.
Clearance Requirement:
Must hold an active Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $68,600.00-$114,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
