MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Combat Systems Integration Analyst to join our team working in Washington, D.C. This is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days on-site per week.
In this role the Combat Systems Integration Analyst will provide critical support focusing on the integration of complex combat systems on unmanned vessels into the Navy’s Next Generation Integrated Combat System (ICS). You will be part of a fast-paced team environment that supports the evolution of shipboard systems, leveraging your expertise to solve complex systems integration challenges.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support strategic planning and execution of initiatives to develop an integrated combat system for implementation on current and future unmanned surface vessels.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet objectives, stay on schedule, and remain within budget
Participate in the full program lifecycle, including requirements development, risk analysis, implementation, and stakeholder engagement
Prepare technical documentation, including program status reports, system specifications, and stakeholder presentations
Facilitate team meetings and communications to maintain alignment on project goals and deliverables
Develop and assist in the implementation of technical and tactical training programs for fleet introduction.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
7+ years of relevant Navy combat systems experience
Program office experience in systems integration of military systems
Experience with development and implementation of Navy Training programs
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge of Navy Combat Systems modernization programs
Familiarity with development and testing of Navy Combat Systems software baselines
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current or active secret security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $88,200.00-$147,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
