MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our team at the Hanover MD location within the Secure Supply Chain Management Framework.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Inventory Management and reconciliation of purchase orders and receipt of purchases.
Maintaining a catalog of equipment that can be purchased on the contract
Assisting and reporting on equipment for projects and refresh.
Asset Management database analysis and maintenance.
Asset reporting and reconciliation between multiple systems.
Shipping and receiving of equipment.
Reports weekly sent to Regional Logistics Manager
Travel to other sites to assist in duties
Performs other, related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of experience
Proficient in MS Office.
Experience providing receipt, accountability, stocking and inventory of electronic equipment and components.
Experience with data entry to query and enter information for supply, acquisition and inventory purposes.
Experience with recording purchase request documentation for acquisition of component items from vendors.
Able to maintain records to account for items shipped (database & paperwork).
Preferred Qualifications:
Handheld Scanner experience.
Experience working in ServiceNow.
Experience performing logistics functions in a cleared environment.
Database design / MS Excel proficiency.
Technical writing
Experience in Jira system
Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Poly
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to move and lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
Working with data.
Move about freely in a laboratory setting.
Repetitive motions.
The projected compensation range for this position is $58,000.00-$95,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
