MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Invoicing Specialist to join our team.  This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The Invoicing Specialist maintains comprehensive financial records and ensures compliance with established billing and accounting standards.
  • They draft technical documentation for financial audits and assist in the preparation of routine invoices.
  • They prepare financial status reports for senior-level review and coordinate the resolution of identified billing errors.
  • The Invoicing Specialist supports the execution of the program's invoicing plan by tracking the status of payments and verifying the accuracy of billing data.
  • They execute the submission of financial documents to mission partners and ensure all transactions are recorded in collaborative knowledge environments.
  • They assist in the delivery of financial support services for forward-deployed detachments.
  • The Invoicing Specialist takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3+ years of relevant position experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in specialized financial software
  • Experience with military logistics billing protocols in the Indo-Pacific theater.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to obtain a Confidential Level clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $80,300.00-$133,700.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.  MANTECH’s benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, short-term and long-term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
