MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Facility Planner to join our team in Oahu, HI.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Drafts planning studies and reports to assist in the development of facilities and land use programs.
Perform site assessments and collect data on existing infrastructure conditions.
Maintain planning archives and documentation in accordance with established SOPs.
Develops draft project programming documents and facility requirement evaluations for senior-level review and coordination.
Support the maintenance of the Theater Master Plan by updating site maps and facility utilization data.
Prepare artifacts for environmental and site feasibility assessments under senior guidance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of position relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to draft technical planning documentation and follow established SOPs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Foundational proficiency in GIS or CAD software.
Experience supporting OCONUS planning or engineering projects.
Familiarity with DoD programming and budgeting cycles.
Clearance Requirements:
Must hold an active DOD Confidential Clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $63,800.00-$105,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
