MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Expert Instructional Designer and Developer - Lead Instructor to join our team.
The Expert Instructional Designer and Developer - Lead Instructor will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support the organization's training initiatives, to include developing, implementing, and evaluating employee training plans and programs, managing complex technical curricula, and solving complex business challenges.
Responsibilities:
Developing, implementing, and evaluating employee training plans and programs to support organizational needs, including technical or non-technical training.
Monitoring training programs, assessing needs and results, developing new programs and modifying existing programs.
Anticipating internal and or external business challenges, vendor and/or regulatory issues; recommends product, process, or service improvements.
Solving unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business and communicating complex concepts.
Leading projects with notable risk and complexity; developing the strategy for project execution.
Basic Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in technical instruction.
15+ years of technical experience in artificial intelligence and/or machine learning and/or predictive analytics.
OR 20+ years of technical experience in advanced mathematics (calculus, statistics, data science, etc...) and/or computer science/engineering.
US Citizenship is required.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations, and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $117,000.00-$195,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
