MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Expert Human Systems Integrator. This position will be Remote with up to 30% travel.

The Expert Human Systems Integrator will lead organizational adoption efforts for complex enterprise IT systems as part of an OEM Digital Transformation program. This role serves as the senior client liaison responsible for integrating organizational change management, human-centered design, and stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth and sustained system integration across diverse user roles.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leading organizational change management (OCM) and stakeholder relationship management activities to promote end-user engagement and readiness
  • Conducting learning needs assessments, identifying skill gaps, and coordinating LMS-based training strategies to support system rollouts and remove adoption barriers
  • Designing and executing adoption strategies that integrate user experience (UX) and human factors engineering principles across complex enterprise systems
  • Assessing the impact of new systems on multi-role users and estimating task frequency to validate usability of Phase 3 tools
  • Support as assistant facilitator for the Collaborative Problem-Solving Events(CPSE)
  • Participate in cross-stakeholder collaboration, and consensus-based decision meetings to ensure continuous input and refinement of ideas to increase usability
  • Ensuring equitable engagement of hybrid and virtual attendees using tools such as digital whiteboards and remote facilitation techniques
  • Monitoring stakeholder sentiment and system interaction to proactively address issues and enhance daily operational alignment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Factors, Information Systems, or related discipline
  • 9+ years of experience leading system adoption efforts, change management programs, or enterprise training implementation
  • Deep knowledge of human factors engineering, stakeholder-centric methodologies, and enterprise software usability
  • Proven track record coordinating LMS-based training initiatives and facilitating hybrid/virtual collaboration environments
  • Experience designing and executing cross-functional collaborative events and consensus-building sessions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human-Centered Design, or related field
  • Certifications in Organizational Change Management (e.g., PROSCI), Facilitation, or UX Design
  • Experience supporting digital transformation in defense, aerospace, or manufacturing sectors
  • Familiarity with MBSE tools, model-based enterprise (MBE) practices, and digital engineering environments

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

The projected compensation range for this position is $137,100.00-$244,100.00.
