MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Executive Director - Enterprise IT Standards to join our team in Herndon, VA.

The Executive Director will provide strategic ITSM leadership across the enterprise IT organization to modernize key systems and optimize workflows through AI integration. You will drive the modernization of enterprise platforms while ensuring all IT initiatives are strictly aligned with core business segments and application rationalization goals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing comprehensive ITSM leadership and strategic direction across the entire enterprise IT organization.

• Guiding the development and implementation of enterprise architecture and technical standards.

• Leading application rationalization efforts to streamline the software portfolio and reduce technical debt.

• Overseeing the modernization of key enterprise systems to ensure scalability and operational efficiency.

• Enabling and integrating AI technologies when appropriate to optimize organizational workflows.

• Aligning all enterprise IT initiatives and roadmaps to support core business segments and goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in an IT-related field. 

• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise IT leadership and ITSM.

• Proven experience driving application rationalization and enterprise architecture standards.

• Demonstrated expertise in modernizing large-scale enterprise systems and integrating emerging technologies.

• Experience aligning complex IT initiatives with diverse business segment requirements.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead across a large, multifaceted organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified ITIL Expert

• Experience with advanced AI implementation strategies within an enterprise environment.

• Self-starter with excellent people skills - able to work across teams, organize meetings/boards, and drive change throughout an organization.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
