MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Executive Director, Enterprise IT Platforms to join our team in Herndon, VA.

The Executive Director, Enterprise IT Platforms will leverage their strong technical background and leadership expertise to drive the transformation and establishment of a dedicated team for the ongoing support of CostPoint, Coupa, and supporting enterprise applications.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Driving the strategic transformation of enterprise systems and establishing a high-performing support team.
• Overseeing the ongoing maintenance, integration, and optimization of CostPoint, Coupa, and related enterprise applications.
• Working with management, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure systems meet all organizational requirements.
• Maintaining system baselines and configuration management items for all primary enterprise platforms.
• Recommending and implementing process and policy improvements to streamline enterprise application workflows.
• Working across the organization to drive a unified technology agenda and manage complex data flows between systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

• M.S. In Information Technology or related field with 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise platform management or information systems.
• Significant experience driving large-scale digital transformations in ERP transformation
• Experience working across a large team to drive a technology agenda and managing complex, intertwined systems.
• Deep familiarity with CostPoint and Coupa administration and lifecycle management.
• Experience with enterprise configuration management, patching, and centralized system documentation.
• Experience creating and communicating complex information technology documentation to executive leadership.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
