MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Director of Business Operations to join our team in Oahu, HI

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Plans, directs, and coordinates the business operations of the organization by overseeing multiple administrative and financial departments.

  • Formulate high-level policies and manage the strategic use of materials and human resources.

  • Serve as the final authority for the validation of operational procedures and program-wide resource planning.

  • Provides strategic leadership for the Business Operations Lead (BOL) functions and ensures the synchronization of business processes across all ILS2 tasks.

  • Approve complex operational workflows and lead the transition from steady-state business activities to contingency surge requirements.

  • Provide executive-level reporting on program health and coordinate with mission partners to optimize organizational effectiveness.

  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field

  • 12+ years of position relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration

  • Experience as a Program Manager or Director for large-scale federal logistics contracts

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $134,700.00-$239,600.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.  MANTECH’s benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, short-term and long-term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
