MANTECH seeks a motivated and adaptable Director, Change Management to support enterprise-wide changes in Herndon, VA. This is a hybrid position and will require on-site presence.
The Change Manager will help guide transformational efforts by leading change strategies that prioritize readiness, engagement and communication. This role supports enterprise-level change across people, processes, and technology, helping ensure smooth transitions through strategic planning and collaboration.

In this role, you will provide strategic oversight and coordination of large-scale change efforts impacting people, processes and technology:
Lead the design and governance of enterprise change management strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and transformation roadmaps.
Oversee the development and execution of integrated change management plans across multiple initiatives and business units.
Direct enterprise-wide change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses and readiness evaluations to inform decision-making, prioritization and enterprise transformation sequencing.
Establish and monitor change performance metrics, KPIs and reporting frameworks to track adoption, risks and value realization.
Standardize and institutionalize change management methodologies, tools and best practices across the organization to create a standard change management operating rhythm.
Provide oversight of training strategies, workforce readiness and capability development, ensuring scalability and alignment with transformation goals.
Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to drive alignment, resolve barriers and reinforce accountability for change adoption.
Support go-live readiness, transition planning and post-implementation sustainment strategies to ensure long-term success.
Champion a culture of agility, adaptability, continuous improvement and change resilience across the workforce.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years, or Master’s degree with 6+ years, of experience in project or organizational change management
Previous experience supporting enterprise-wide projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a team-oriented mindset to foster collaboration and build trust.
Strong leadership skills to motivate teams, gain stakeholder buy-in, and the ability to lead with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
Effective time management, multitasking capabilities, and proficiency in Google/MS Office tools (e.g., strong documentation abilities).
Strong analytical thinking and sound problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prosci or CCMP certification
Deep familiarity with the Prosci ADKAR model
Prior experience driving large-scale business or technology change in utility environments

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
