MANTECH seeks a mission-driven Customs Analyst to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Analyzes product delivery or supply chain processes to identify or recommend changes to organizational efficiency.
Manage route activity including invoicing, electronic bills, and shipment tracing for high-priority cargo.
Lead the implementation of logistics solutions and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure resource availability throughout the distribution lifecycle.
Supports the daily tracking of cargo through customs and identifies discrepancies in documentation for theater distribution nodes.
Draft technical reports on customs clearance timelines and assist in the evaluation of host-nation compliance requirements.
Monitor the execution of theater movement milestones to ensure compliance with mission-partner standards and delivery schedules.
Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
3+ years of position-relevant experience.
Must demonstrate the ability to draft technical reports and follow established SOPs for customs documentation.
Proficient in utilizing logistics management databases and collaborative SharePoint environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
7+ years of position-relevant experience.
They should have foundational training in military transportation or international trade.
Familiarity with USSOCOM logistics policies and host-nation husbanding requirements in the USINDOPACOM area of responsibility is preferred.
Clearance Requirement:
Must hold an active Confidential clearance.
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $63,800.00-$105,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
