ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Configuration Manager to join our Air Force / Space team at Eglin AFB.

The Configuration Manager’s primary function is to support the United States Air Force’s 53rd Wing Technical Support Services (53rd WTSS) contract. The position will provide “day-to-day” multi-discipline analysis for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.  The candidate will track, understand, and communicate about EoS/EoL requirements. This includes communicating about impacts they may have on current enterprise services and capabilities/projects in development.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to track, understand, and communicate about EoS/EoL requirements.
• Acting as technical advisor for the Wing Equipment Control Officer (ECO).
• GPO baselining across UTB, CTB, OPS
• Create and maintain configuration management databases (CMDBs).
• Generate and analyze deployment metrics, compliance reports, and system health dashboards.
• Ability to develop/monitor metrics on completeness, progress, and status of Air Force SAP Security programs and projects.
• Brief all levels of personnel, both in the government and senior civilian services, on a variety of security related topics
• Ensure success of Air Force SAPs by consulting with government and contractor stakeholders on project requirements, SAP security issues and milestone progress

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline from an accredited college or university.  4 additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
• 4+ years direct/related experience
• DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level II or higher
• Proficient in creating, maintaining, and monitoring Configuration Baselines, Collections, and Packages.
• Strong background in Windows server administration.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and network configurations.
• Experience implementing security baselines, hardening standards, and remediation policies.
• Experience integrating with Power Bl, SQLReporting Services (SSRS), or similar tools.

Security Clearance:

• Current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
• Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information
• Willingness to submit to a polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
