MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Carrier Readiness Call Coordinator to join our team in Norfolk, VA. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with internal CNAL leadership and external stakeholder leadership to include but not limited to: NAVSEA, PMS 312, NSWC, NNSY and CVNs.

  • Investigate, receive, and analyze current and past maintenance and operational data including data practices in order to provide statistical, graphical cost and trends.

  • Serve as the COMNAVAIRLANT CRC Coordinator for the ROC Manager and the subject matter experts.

  • Provide administrative review and tracking of ROC policies and requirements to ensure compliance with OPNAV instructions.

  • Provide feedback to all involved activities to maintain process performance and data quality.

  • Develop recommendations for CVN process and policy improvement.

  • Provide interface and database support for maintenance and logistics databases.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, and charts)

  • Experience collecting, reviewing, integrating, and analyzing historical and current maintenance and logistics data from sources such as CSMPs, CASREPs, INSURV, OARS, MFOM, DRRS-N, DRRS, NDE, in-house databases, inspection reports, and visit reports to assess equipment reliability, maintenance trends, and operational readiness

  • Experience working knowledge of Navy maintenance databases, including OMMS-NG, VSB, MFOM, OARS, NDE, and CDMD-OA, as well as data retrieval systems and analytical software tools

  • Experience supporting the development of data metrics for performance tracking and decision-making

  • Experience reviewing and tracking naval correspondence for accuracy and timeliness, and preparing executive summaries and monthly reports

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience maintaining schedules and calendars to support operational planning

  • Experience interfacing with East Coast aircraft carriers and coordinating across multiple stakeholders

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have an active Secret security clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to move about the office environment and access file cabinets, office machinery, and other work areas

  • Ability to operate standard office equipment

  • Ability to communicate professionally with MANTECH employees and clients via email, phone, and virtual platforms

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (approximately 50% of the time)
