MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Associate OneStream Consultant to join our team. At MANTECH, we are re-engineering the financial backbone of the U.S. Government. We provide highly configured, mission-critical Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) and Financial Close and Reporting solutions leveraging the OneStream platform. This is a fully remote opportunity.
As an Associate OneStream Consultant, you will work alongside Senior Architects and Lead Consultants to build and configure bespoke OneStream solutions. This is an entry-to-junior level "builder" role for a technically minded professional eager to master the OneStream platform. Under direct guidance and mentorship, you will learn to configure core application components—including business rules, security models, data workflows, and reports—that enable data-driven decision-making for federal agencies.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Under the direction of senior project team members, build and configure OneStream artifacts including Cube Views, Dashboards, MarketPlace Solutions, and Workflow Profiles.
- Create user interface elements, BI Viewer dashboards, and Extensible Documents to support client reporting requirements.
- Assist in designing and maintaining Security Groups and Roles, assigning appropriate access rights to dimensions, workflows, and users to preserve data integrity.
- Apply foundational knowledge of VB.NET and SQL to assist with writing member formulas and standard business rules (Finance, Parser, Connector) that enhance application functionality.
- Design and execute Data Management sequences, transformation rules, and data load artifacts; validate data accuracy using Quick Views and XFGET/XFSET functions.
- Utilize OneStream error logs and trace analysis under supervision to troubleshoot and resolve
- Listen carefully to client and team member needs and respond proactively; collaborate constructively with teammates to deliver high-quality outcomes that exceed client expectations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Finance/Accounting with an IT focus, or a related field.
- 1+ year of relevant professional or internship experience in software development, financial systems implementation, or enterprise performance management (EPM/CPM) configuration.
- Foundational experience with SQL (Oracle or SQL Server) for data querying and manipulation.
- Basic understanding of multidimensional data (OLAP) concepts or core financial reporting principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with federal financial processes, including Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE).
- OneStream Certified Associate (OCA) – Implementation Foundations, or completion of official OneStream training courses (First Project Readiness / Application Build).
- Financial or IT Certifications: Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), or CompTIA Security+.
- Exposure to Federal Security frameworks, Single Sign-On (SSO) integration, or Authority to Operate (ATO) processes.
- Prior experience in a professional services or consulting firm environment.
Clearance Requirements
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance or higher.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers and management to exchange accurate information.
The projected compensation range for this position is $63,500.00-$105,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
