MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented AEGIS Waterfront Program Manager Representative to join our team working at the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinate delivery of Combat Systems Operational Sequencing System (CSOSS), Combat Systems Technical Operations Manuals (CSTOMS), AEGIS Capabilities and Limitations (C&L), adaptation data, Vertical Launching System (VLS) media, Launcher Maintenance Program software, classified material, test equipment, and related maintenance support materials.
Support ship readiness by assisting with Board of Inspection and Survey (INSURV) and other inspections, resolving casualties, and preparing ships for availabilities and deployment.
Coordinate Combat Systems modernization efforts with ships, ISIC, Combat Systems Port Engineers, Regional Maintenance Centers (RMC), Intermediate Maintenance Facilities (IMF), In Service Engineering Agents (ISEAs), and Alteration Installment Teams (AITS).
Support Approved Articles Package reviews, AEGIS Combat Systems Support Equipment (ACSE) oversight, and Technical Publication audits.
Facilitate Combat Systems grooms, alignments, testing, upgrades, and engineering ship checks for installations and modifications.
Coordinate ship visits with TYCOM, field activities, vendors, Program Executive Office (PEO), Program Manager for AEGIS Readiness and Modernization (PARM), and Naval Sea Systems Command (SYSCOM) personnel.
Monitor Casualty Reports (CASREPs), Combat Systems Maintenance Projects (CSMPs), and message traffic to provide readiness status updates to Program Manager Representative (PMR) leadership.
Oversee and report on Integrated Warfare Systems 1F (IWS 1F) training, assist visits, and groom events (Self-Assessment and Groom Training (SAGT), Advanced Warfare Training (AWT), Total Ship Readiness Assessment (TSRA)/Ballistic Missile Defense Readiness Assessment (BMDRA)), and prepare staff notes on high-visibility issues.
Serve as acting Program Manager Representative (PMR) as needed and travel up to 25% in support of fleet operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent education
9+ years of experience US Navy ship operation and maintenance
Demonstrated knowledge of AEGIS baselines on CG 47 and/or DDG 51 class ships
Must have prior fleet operational combat systems experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Fleet operational Combat Systems experience as a Systems Test Officer, Combat Systems Maintenance Manager and/or Leading Chief Petty Officer of a Combat Systems Division with an emphasis on preventive and corrective maintenance skills and other supportability areas such as training and documentation.
AEGIS program office experience or similar government or corporate experience
Prior experience working with Regional Maintenance Centers, Naval Surface Warfare Centers Dahlgren Division, Port Hueneme Division, Crane Indiana, or Corona Division
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active or current United States Government Secret security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentation.
The projected compensation range for this position is $109,000.00-$181,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
